Refund & Exchange Policy
As we deal with fresh and perishable products, our promise to customers is to provide fresh produce at all times. This allows our customers to raise any quality concerns within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Upon return of the products, we initiate to refund the value of the returned product to the original payment method within 5-7 working days or provide loyalty points to the Customer which can be used in future orders with Farzana.ae.
Any complaints received after 24 hours of the product's delivery will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
We make every effort to deliver the products within the time frames specified by the Customer. In the event of any delay or non-delivery of a product due to a customer error (incorrect address, name, contact number, or customer unavailability), our commitment of providing fresh produces stands null and void.
Cash Refund is done only for Cash Payment.
Refund against Gift Vouchers & Coupons is not applicable.
